Greek Salad, a classic salad served all over the world

Greece is THE country of food and Greek food is so much more than souvlaki, feta and greek salad (though they are classics for a reason). Thanks to the extremely rich variety of culinary delicacies, Greek cuisine deserves its notoriety. At the base of Greek delicacies are the excellent and tasty raw ingredients (resulting from unique soils and hot climate). A cooking holiday in Greece will reveal to you the complexity of Greek flavours and the balance of each individual dish – all whilst helping you understand Greek culture and how it is reflected in the food.

Athens is a perfect place to learn how to cook or to fine-tune your cooking skills. Fervent foodies, beginners who struggle to chop an onion, lifelong cooks – everyone is welcome to come and learn Greek cooking with the locals.
